3	Sales & Marketing - Steel Structures	Mumbai	BE (Mech) / DME	5 - 11 years	Responsible for Marketing of Beams & Fabricated Steel Structures.To book Straight H Beam Orders as well as Fabricated (Column Orders) and to keep factory loaded with approx 2000 tones of orders every month. Ensure achievement of Periodic sales Targets; Develop business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales goals namely Product wise OB & profitability in line with ABP. Develop New Markets and clients besides retaining existing client base.

8	Detail Engineering Manager	Mumbai	DME / BE (Mech)	15 - 19 years	Should have experience in structural engineering drawings, analysis of projects, coordination between factory and clients for approvals, analysing and optimising the productivity of draughtsmen. Should have knowledge of Auto CAD and 3-D Structural Drawings, design and pricing standards of various capital equipment. Should be analytical and have the ability to head the Estimation Department.

1	QC Head	Jejuri, Pune	DME / BE (Mech)	18 - 23 years	Develops, implements, communicates and maintains a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. Defines quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures. Collates & analyzes performance data and charts against defined parameters. Assesses the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and compares with customer requirements. Should have experience in a similar capacity in a medium / large size heavy structural and fabrication industry.
2	OEG Head	Jejuri, Pune	DME / BE (Mech)	18 - 23 years	Candidate will be responsible for the Implementing effective strategies with a view to achieve business objectives & ensure top line profitability. Developing marketing strategies to build consumer reference and drive volumes. Formulating & implementing sales strategies assisted by marketing department & monitoring qualitative/ quantitative performance. Identify opportunities for improvement. Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs. 3	Sr. Manager - Industrial Engineering	Jejuri, Pune	BE (Industrial Eng)	15 - 19 years	Should have experience in Industrial Engineering in a large size heavy structural and fabrication industry. Should have experience in process improvements, quality and process consulting. Should have working knowledge of MOST, World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, QC Tools, Kaizen and Pokayoke. Should preferably be Black Belt certified in Six Sigma. Will be responsible for Continuous Improvement and drive Lean Manufacturing. Should have experience in streamlining processes to create better workflows and maximize efficiencies in the Unit.
4	Production Manager	Jejuri, Pune	DME / BE (Mech)	10 - 12 years	Should have experience in heavy fabrication industry preferably in auto Beam line having CNC gas cutting machines and SAW welding, milling and drilling operations.
5	CNC Gas Cutting Machine Operator	Jejuri, Pune	Diploma / ITI	3 - 8 years	Working with CNC-controlled flame and plasma cutting machine, finishing of products, discs and/or plate parts by grinding and polishing, performing dimensional checks of products, plates and plate parts before and after cutting, checking of plate markings of products, plates and plate-parts.
6	Fabrication Engineer	Jejuri, Pune	DME / BE (Mech)	3 - 4 years	Should have worked in a heavy fabrication industry preferably having hands on experience in H, I, Plus and Box Beam fabrication area.
7	QC Engineer	Jejuri, Pune	DME / BE (Mech)	3 - 4 years	Should be experienced in inspection of heavy structure fabrication and have knowledge of welding and fabrication standards. The incumbent will also be responsible for third party inspection.
8	Welding Engineer	Jejuri, Pune	DME / BE (Mech)	3 - 4 years	Should be experienced in welding techniques in Beam manufacturing and should be able to develop WPS, WPQ and PQR and have indepth knowledge of welding standards.
	Conveyors:
1	Vice President - Engineering	Mumbai	BE / B Tech. (Mech / Structural / Civil)	20 - 25 years	Heading engineering team with Managers (Mech. / Structural / Electrical) reporting tot him and interacting with factory and clients for getting approvals. Prior experience in an Engineering Company manufacturing Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors and Bucket Elevators is preferred.Candidate should have an experience of handling Design Office in similar manufacturing / consultancy organisation.
2	Design Engineer - Structural	Mumbai	BE / DME (Civil / Structural / Instrumentation / Electronics)	2 - 7 years	Candidate will be responsible for design calculations for Civil / Structural Drawings. Checking drawings, attending meetings with clients / consultants.
3	Manager Design - Structural	Mumbai	BE / B Tech. (Civil / Structural)	10 - 15 years	Responsible for handling Civil / Structural Design Engineers, to provide calculations for all Project work. Also to supervise realese all shop / site drawings. Candidate should have good knowledge of STAAD and working knowledge of CAD. Strong math skills. Some experience of Fabrication / Site desirable. Main experience should be in design office only.
4	Design Manager - Mechanical	Mumbai	BE / B Tech (Mech)	10 - 15 years	Responsible for handling team of engineers to do all mechanical engineering work for BMH Projects. Candidate should have working knowledge of CAD and other design softwares. Need person with experience in engineering and also able to deal with consultants.
5	Senior Design Engineer - Mechanical	Mumbai	BE / B Tech (Mech)	7 - 10 years	Candidate will be responsible for design calculations for Mechanical Drawings. Checking drawings, attending meetings with clients / consultants.
6	Senior Design Engineer - Electrical	Mumbai	BE / B Tech (Mech)	8 - 10 years	Responsible for handling all electrical / instrumentation designs engineering functions for turnkey projects. Candidate should have site experience, will have to evaluate the vendor proposals technically and advice purchase department. Prior experience in an Engineering Company manufacturing Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors and Bucket Elevators preferred.
7	Project Engineer	Mumbai	BE (Mech) / DME	4 - 8 years	Should have prior experience in Project Management of Material Handling Engineering Projects and be conversant with Prima Vera / M. S. Projects. Candidates from Material Handling Companies will be preferred.
8	Site Engineer	Kolkata, Mumbai	BE (Mech) / DME	4 - 8 years	Experienced in working with Project / Erection Department of Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Bucket Elevator manufacturing Company and having ability to independently execute projects.
9	Sr. Engineer - Design	Mumbai, Kolkata	BE (Mech) / DME	9 - 10 years	Responsible for preparing Conveyors design and interacting with factory and clients for getting approvals. Prior experience in an Engineering Company manufacturing Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors and Bucket Elevators preferred.
10	Sr. Engineer - Estimation	Mumbai, Kolkata	BE (Mech) / DME	9 - 10 years	Should have knowledge in estimation of capital equipments such as Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors and Bucket Elevators. Should have sound technical knowledge of design and pricing standards of various capital equipments.
11	Sr. Sales Engineer	Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Baroda, Kolkata	BE (Mech) / DME	9 - 10 years	Should preferably have experience of working in a Material Handling Equipments company.
