Roles and Responsibilities

Highlighted Points-

Will be responsible for day to day activity of Electrical (33kV switch yard, breakers, Resistance welding machines, 200kVA Xmers, EOTC control panels), Electronics & Instrumentation issues like Servo Drives, PLC (Siemens, Schneider, Lenze, Omron,ABB) CNC System (Fanuc, & Siemens S7-400). Maintenance. Including Supplier coordination, quotation requisition, Vendor development, Cost Control. ISO activities. External as well internal Compliance & coordination with MSEB, MPCB, MIDC officers regarding electrical/pollution/safety etc concerns. Periodically certifications of all safety related equipment audit & checkup.

Key Deliverables

Individual Shift handled of Maintenance with all Electrical/PLC machines.
External MIDC, MPCB & Licensing activities with government concern departments.
Well versed with Safety parameters in Maintenance & Electrical activities, LOTO
Should hand on CBM, TBM, TPM.
Zero Break down Target achievement parameters & scheduling plan for chronic issues
Coordinate with Production department for 100% uptime & aggressively run Maintenance drive.
Continual growth in MTBF & Root cause analysis of break down which to be convert in PM or corrective maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience

BE / Diploma (Electrical).
Must have 6/07 (Diploma)/ 4/5 (BE) – years of relevant experience.
Well versed with Roll forming machine, Mechanical Press, Resistance welding machine, Heavy fabrication CNC machines, drives & its issues resolving, Sheet metal line machines.
Proven expertise on Drives, PLC (all new versions & old S7-200 of Siemens), EOTC, Honeywell control, Switch yard, Breaker, Transformers, VFD, Compressors, Energy saving projects ).
Basic knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Gearboxes, Link Mechanics.
Out of Box thinking, Right decision making competencies at eleventh hour.
Mutual understanding in parallel activities to get rid of critical breakdown.
Should have known local as well abroad suppliers for machine & system related spares.

Must have competencies

Should have experience in minimum 33kV yard.
Candidate should have experience of working with CNC, Siemens PLC, STL & FBD programmed m/c, Drives & Heavy fabrication machines like Esab, EVG.
Excellent leadership and team building skills
The candidate should be conversant with MTBF, MTTR, TPM, PM, CBM tools
Strong oral and written communication, skills.
Provide effective leadership for trouble shooting of all production machines related problems.
Experience in project coordination.
Cost saving pressurized target achievement & delivery in scope of job.
Team work capability & good relation building in inter department members.
Willing to relocate at Jejuri. (24 hours availability on working day in emergency)
