Job description

Purpose of the Job Position will be responsible for ensuring achievementof monthly and annual sales target, increasing the domestic client base and expanding the reach geographically as well by ensuring that company is on the approved vendor list of the leading contractors, consultants and end clients.

  1. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target for defined territory while focusing on the bottom line growth and increase the domestic client base through geographical expansions.
  2. Ensure that the Company’s brand name and products are on the approved vendor list of the Consultants, Contractors and end clients and to travel extensively to meet the existing and potential customers, generate new enquiries, participate in exhibitions to understand needs of the clients
  3. Monitor on on – going and upcoming projects to target sales opportunities and identify new markets and new products for the company to venture in
  4. Monitor the performance of sales team and provide necessary guidance and support to ensure that their sales targets are achieved on monthly basis.
  5. Develop and implement new sales initiatives/strategies for business growth and profitability
