Manager/ Senior Manager – Sales (Fabricated Structural Steel)

Purpose of this Role: Position will be responsible for ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales target for fabricated structural steel,increasing the client base and expanding the geographical reach.

Key Deliverables

1. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target for defined territory and also focus on

bottom line growth.

2. Monitor on going and upcoming projects to target sales opportunities and identify new

markets for the company to venture in.

3. Develop and implement new sales initiatives/strategies for business growth and profitability.

4. Ensure process and system improvement along with sound commercial and contractual management.

5. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients

6. Monitor the performance of sales team and provide necessary guidance and support to ensure that their sales target are achieved on monthly basis.

Required Skills and Experience

Year of experience 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing of fabricated steel structure.
Qualification B.E preferably with MBA(Marketing)
