Job description

Purpose of this Role:

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that deliveries to customers are executed within time, while ensuring customer delight , through strong intra department co ordination and liasoning with external agencies and customers.

Key Deliverables

  • Ensure on or before time delivery to customers by prioritizing as per the committed schedule and to evaluate and recommend actions to improve on time delivery.
  • Ensure intra department co ordination between related departments viz production, purchase,Planning, quality, commercial, dispatch etc for smooth execution of project and to be single point of contact for all internal and external clients.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of resources to ensure cost controls.
  • Correspond with clients to ensure that their needs are attended, thereby ensuring customer delight.
  • Make all stakeholders follow client’s specification and execute orders with customer centric orientation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Year of experience – 12 -15 years
  • Qualification – B.Tech/ BE(Mechanical/Civil/Structural)
