- Review the Contract & MR with the sales team, after allocated for the Project.
- Form & Lead the Cross Functional team members for the project
- Read & understand the Customer Specification / Requirements for the project & Develop the logical sequence of project activities, beginning from the Kick-Off meeting till the Logistic arrangements/Commissioning etc.
- Estimate the required time per activity and estimate the duration of the activity & prepare a Project Schedule Gantt Chart (up to Level 3) using MS Project / Primavera 6.
- Conduct the Kick-Off meeting with the Client along with the cross-functional team, built for the Project.
- Prepare & Distribute the Detailed Procurement plan for Brought out Items using MS Excel.
- Prepare the Manufacturing & Inspection plan with Production & Quality team members & convey it to Client.
