Responsibilities :

Setting up quality management system and overseeing implementation of quality policy throughout the organization.
Reviewing quality assurance procedures, inspection processes and conformance as per the standards.
Taking stringent quality measures including preparation maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standards and customer requirement.
Evaluating complaints of internal and external clients, identifying root causes followed by corrective actions and preventive measure for elimination / eradication of same .
Liaising with clients, relevant authorities /agencies, TPIs with prompt responses and smooth execution by identifying risks and mitigating same by initiating proactive actions
Directing, mentoring, and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations in view of quality.
Creating and sustaining dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
Providing effective control in all the processes, procedures and activities including materials, bought outs, constitute products and all type of supplies to ensure quality at every stage and deliver Right First Time every time .

The essential requirements
Overall 12 -14 years of experience in the domain of QA and QC of Fabricated steel Structures , Bridges , Technological structures and minimum 5 years of experience[gs1] as Manager QAQC in mid to large size Fabricated Steel Structures company should be from gratings / cable tray
B.E. / B Tech -Mechanical / Metallurgy
Proficiency in Material standards , inspection and testing as per relevant sections and clauses of IS , ASTM, EN ,BS standard
Excellent in Welding systems and standards -WPS, PQR, WPQ as per relevant sections and standards of IS, ASME , EN and BS , ISO 3834
DT and NTD procedures , inspection and testing for VT, PT, MPT, UT and Radiography as per ASME , IS , EN BS and other applicable standard
Fabrication as per AWS D1.1, IS and EN ISO
Blasting and Painting as per SSPC , ISO 12944 and ISO 8501
Galvanizing as per IS , EN ISO and ASTM
