I am proud to have completed 31 years with the Indiana Group. I began my journey in April 1995 as a Trainee Draughtsman and have had the opportunity to work across Indiana Project Consultants, Indiana Conveyors, and Indiana Gratings Private Limited, progressing to my current role as Senior Checker – Design Department.

My journey with Indiana has been one of continuous learning, professional growth, and evolving responsibilities. The organization has played an important role in shaping me both professionally and personally, strengthening my technical skills and values of accuracy, discipline, teamwork, and commitment.

I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities that have shaped my career and look forward to continuing my journey with Indiana.

 

KEDARNATH GHIMIRE

Mr. Kedarnath Ghimire | Assistant – Office | 32 Years of Dedicated Service

Completing 32 years with the Indiana Group on 1st July 2024 is a truly proud and memorable milestone in my professional journey. I began my association with Indiana Project Consultants on 1st July 1994, later had the opportunity to work with Indiana International, and joined Indiana Gratings in April 2002.

Throughout my journey, I have been entrusted with various responsibilities, particularly in managing banking-related activities and supporting other important organizational functions. These opportunities have helped me gain valuable experience and grow both professionally and personally.

I truly value the opportunities and experiences I have gained during my journey with the Indiana Group. I am grateful for the encouragement and cooperation I have received from my seniors and colleagues, which have made these years meaningful and fulfilling. I look forward to continuing this association and contributing positively to the organization’s growth in the years to come.

MAHESH NARSALE

Mr. Mahesh Narsale | Engineer – Purchase | 12 Years of Dedicated Service

I am proud to have completed 12 years of dedicated service with the Indiana Group. Since joining the organization in 2014, my journey has been filled with continuous learning, professional growth, and new responsibilities.

Over the years, Indiana has provided me with opportunities to strengthen my technical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, while helping me grow in my role as an Engineer – Purchase. The experiences and challenges I have encountered have shaped me both professionally and personally, helping me become more confident, responsible, and adaptable.

I am grateful for the support, guidance, and opportunities that have contributed to my growth. I look forward to continuing my journey with Indiana and contributing to its success with the same enthusiasm and commitment.

MANISH PANDAY

Mr. Manish Pandey | Manager – Deputy Manager | 12 Years of Dedicated Service

Completing 12 years with the Indiana Group has been a meaningful and rewarding journey for me. I joined the organization in September 2014 as a Purchase Engineer, and over the years, I have grown professionally through new responsibilities, challenging assignments, and continuous learning, leading to my present role as Assistant Manager – Purchase.

My experience at Indiana has helped me build strong capabilities in procurement, vendor coordination, negotiation, and purchase management. Working with diverse vendors and handling varied requirements has broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to make informed decisions and manage responsibilities effectively.

Beyond my professional development, my journey with Indiana has also helped shape me as an individual. The guidance of seniors, support from colleagues, and the opportunities provided by the organization have helped me become more confident, disciplined, and adaptable.

Mr. Aritra Mondal | Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing | 11 Years of Dedicated Service

Completing 11 years of association with the Indiana Group is a proud and memorable milestone in my professional journey. My journey began in 2010 as a Project Coordinator, and after rejoining the organization in 2015 as a Sales Executive, I have progressed to my current role as Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing.

Over the years, Indiana has provided me with opportunities to take on new responsibilities, develop my sales and marketing skills, and gain valuable experience in handling customers and business opportunities, particularly in the Eastern Region and West Bengal market. Each role and challenge has contributed to my professional growth and helped me become more confident and capable.

My journey with Indiana has also shaped me as an individual by strengthening my communication, relationship-building, adaptability, and decision-making skills. I am grateful for the trust, guidance, and support received from the management and colleagues throughout these years.
