ZAFAR SHAIKH

I am proud to have completed 30 years of dedicated service with the Indiana Group on 17th April 2025. My journey began in April 1995 as a Trainee Draughtsman, and over the years, I have had the opportunity to work across Indiana Project Consultants, Indiana Conveyors, and finally Indiana Gratings Private Limited. I am currently working as a Senior Checker.

This journey has been filled with valuable learning experiences, professional growth, and opportunities to contribute to the Design function. I have always strived to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability in my work while supporting and guiding new team members. This milestone is a proud moment for me, and I look forward to continuing my journey with the organization and contributing to its success.
